Dadi Steel Structure Conducts High-Temperature Care Visits
On scorching summer days, when the sun blazes like a fiery furnace, there is a dedicated group of people who refuse to be daunted by the heat or surrender to the sweltering summer. With sweat pouring down their faces, they are building a brighter future for our city.
In early August, the leadership of Dadi Steel Structure dispatched teams to various project sites to conduct summer heat-relief visits, extending warm condolences and presenting “cooling gift packs” to workers on the front lines enduring the sweltering temperatures.
At the Shanghai project site, Deputy General Manager Wang Chunfeng and his delegation visited the construction workers, extended their greetings, and presented heat-prevention and cooling supplies such as towels, salted soda, and wind oil. During the conversation, he emphasized that the project team must rigorously implement labor protection and heat-prevention measures for frontline personnel, thereby effectively safeguarding the lives and health of all on-site employees.
At the Dahua Intelligent Manufacturing Base in Fuyang, Hangzhou, and the Xinda Plaza project site in Hangzhou, Chief Engineer Mo Guanshui and his team presented “cooling gift packs” to frontline workers, expressing their gratitude for the workers’ hard work and dedication. They also repeatedly emphasized to the project teams the importance of implementing effective measures to prevent heatstroke and reduce temperatures, as well as stringent epidemic prevention protocols, stressing that while maintaining production, safety must always be prioritized.
General Manager Fang Shunsheng led a team to the four project sites in Ningbo, where they held discussions with the on-site project managers, carefully inquiring about workers’ work and rest schedules, project construction progress, and other relevant matters. He emphasized that the safety and health of frontline construction personnel must be prioritized, ensuring that project construction and safe operations are pursued in tandem—without compromising either—and that both are mutually reinforcing, so as to successfully complete all construction and production tasks.
