The Qingdao Junfeng Road Middle School construction project has been recognized as a “Qingdao Municipal Demonstration Site for Standardized Construction Site Management”!

Recently, good news came from the project office of Qingdao Junfeng Road Middle School: following on-site inspections and comprehensive evaluations by relevant experts from the Qingdao Municipal Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau, the Qingdao Junfeng Road Middle School construction project undertaken by our company has been recognized as a “Qingdao Model Site for Standardized Construction Site Management.”

The Qingdao Junfeng Road Middle School construction project is located west of Junfeng Road and north of the Huayi Demonstration Residential Community in Licang District, Qingdao, Shandong Province. The total building area is 68,751.71 square meters, with a steel structure consumption of 9,347 tons. The project comprises three separate buildings: a teaching building, an auditorium, and a multi-purpose building. The teaching building has one basement level and five above-ground floors, constructed as a steel frame structure; the auditorium is a two-story building with a steel frame structure; and the multi-purpose building features three basement levels and one above-ground floor, with reinforced concrete structures from the second basement level downward and a steel frame structure on the first basement level and the ground floor. The project is planned to accommodate 30 classes, and upon completion will provide higher-quality, more comfortable, and more convenient educational resources for local residents, thereby effectively alleviating the overall pressure on the education system in Licang District.
The “Standardized Model Construction Site” award is a testament to the Qingdao municipal industry authorities’ recognition of our company’s capabilities in general contracting project management, and it holds significant positive implications for our efforts to expand into the general contracting market for construction projects in Qingdao, Shandong Province, and across the country. The Qingdao Junfeng Road Middle School Construction Project marks our company’s first general contracting assignment in Qingdao; the project employs a fully prefabricated steel structure system, a pioneering initiative in the local industry, thereby accelerating our promotion and practical application of prefabricated steel-structure buildings.

From the very outset of the project, our company set the goal of striving to achieve both municipal-level standardized construction site and provincial-level civilized construction site certifications. During the construction phase, the project team focused on aspects such as perimeter fencing and entrance gates, temporary accommodation, site layout and paving, office arrangement, and construction safety protection, rigorously adhering to Longyuan Group’s relevant standards, actively implementing Qingdao City’s “Standardization Plus” strategy and all associated management systems, and fully complying with the requirements for green construction management.
At present, the main structural work and secondary structural construction for each individual building in the Qingdao Junfeng Road Middle School construction project have been completed, and the project is now proceeding with exterior facade decoration, fit-out works, and outdoor engineering. Taking this award as an opportunity, the project team will consolidate its existing achievements, integrate standardization initiatives throughout all aspects of site management, enhance quality and safety management, accelerate construction progress, strengthen quality control, and ensure the successful attainment of the project’s overall objectives.
