Good News: Gree Electric Appliances (Nanjing) Central Air-Conditioning Project Wins Bid
With relentless effort and determination, we have achieved outstanding results, with one success following another. On April 10, 2019, our company successfully won the bid for the steel structure works of Phase I, Lot 1, of the Gree Electric Appliances (Nanjing) Central Air-Conditioning Project.
This project is located in Jiangning District, Nanjing City, on the south side of Caiwen Road and the west side of Duan Gong Road. It comprises Supporting Warehouse 1, Supporting Warehouse 2, Packing Workshop 1, Packing Workshop 2, Finished Goods Warehouse 1, Finished Goods Warehouse 2, a Materials Recycling Center, Gatehouses 1 through 7, Two Waste Storage Buildings, and the Connecting Corridor for Lot 1, with a total building area of 207,568.86 square meters.
