Steady Progress, Soaring Dreams | Dadi Steel Structure Holds Its 2020 Annual Work Conference
With our goals firmly in sight, we set out once more and embark on a new journey of continued hard work. On the afternoon of February 1, Dadi Steel Structure held its 2020 Annual Work Conference, attended by company leaders, heads of various departments, technical experts, and representatives of outstanding employees. The meeting was chaired by Fang Shunsheng, Executive Deputy General Manager, and General Manager Pei Chuanfei delivered a work report titled “Comprehensive Improvement and Long-Term Development.” Heads of all departments then presented reports on the completion of their 2020 tasks and outlined their plans for 2021.
Looking back at 2020, it was an exceptionally extraordinary year. Under the strategic guidance of the Group, Under the leadership of the company’s board of directors All employees united as one, braved the pressure, and worked tirelessly, thereby achieving the company’s healthy and stable development and fully meeting the annual performance targets set by the group. From the beginning to the end of the year, the shadow of the COVID-19 pandemic lingered, yet Dadi Ren maintained a steady and determined pace of progress. A number of key projects—including the Nanjing Garden Expo Park in Jiangsu Province, the Wuyuanhe Sports Arena in Haikou, Guiyang Longdongbao Airport, and Phase I of the Zhaoxiang Park within the Caohejing Development Zone in Shanghai—advanced smoothly. While diligently fulfilling contractual obligations and delivering exceptional customer service, the company also broadened its business portfolio and strengthened the foundation for sustainable growth.
Over the past year, the company has earnestly implemented the Group’s strategic plan for integrated development and the expansion of the Longyuan ecosystem, while supporting the construction of the Anhui Xuancheng Prefabricated Construction Industrial Park to bolster the Group’s growth in the steel-structure prefabrication sector. The company has also actively promoted synergistic operations across the Group, fully leveraging the robust synergy inherent in the Longyuan ecosystem.
General Manager Pei Chuanfei reviewed the achievement of 2020 performance targets and highlighted key accomplishments, while outlining the priority tasks for 2021. He proposed leveraging five focal areas to drive effective implementation of these initiatives:
First, put the market first: the market is the enduring priority. As a traditional enterprise, we place customers at the center while also prioritizing profitability.
Second, strengthen team building: At the group level, we must address team-related issues and reinforce team development. For individuals, we emphasize loyalty, competence, accountability, performance, and a strong sense of collective responsibility. Our goal is to build a reliable team that delivers on its commitments, ensures effective implementation, and prioritizes timeliness and efficiency. We will foster a down-to-earth, hardworking work environment and enhance integration across departments, between departments, and among the Mingzhu and Information Security teams.
Third, strengthen service awareness: enhance our commitment to serving customers, maintain strong customer relationships, improve our service attitude, and gradually shift from passive to proactive service delivery.
Fourth, strengthen risk awareness: effectively manage contract negotiation and construction risks to safeguard the company’s operational risks.
Fifth, enhance work effectiveness: strengthen capacity building and personal development; improve work efficiency, reinforce work outcomes, and amplify the impact of our efforts.
These achievements would not have been possible without the relentless dedication and hard work of all the company’s managers and employees. With their loyalty and unwavering commitment, they have consistently upheld and promoted the craftsman spirit and team spirit of devotion to one’s post, pursuit of excellence, tenacious striving, and collaborative teamwork, thereby delivering remarkable results through practical action. At the meeting, Vice General Manager Fang Shunsheng read out the decisions on recognizing outstanding collectives and individuals for 2020. Due to the pandemic, large-scale events could not be held, and many employees continued to work on the front lines of project construction; nevertheless, the company’s traditional grand raffle for all staff was still carried out as scheduled. A number of exemplary representatives from among the company’s advanced personnel conducted the drawing, and the results were simultaneously announced in the company’s WeChat group, enabling employees who were unable to attend the meeting to immediately share in the joy of winning.
In the just-concluded In 2020, amid complex and profound changes in both the domestic and international environments and the compounded challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the company’s business performance soared and its operations flourished thanks to the concerted efforts of all employees at Dadi. As we embark on the new year of 2021, Dadi Steel Structure will take the Group’s guiding principle—“Empowerment and Synergy, Steadfast Commitment and Agile Action”—as our compass, focusing on six key work priorities, translating our original aspirations into concrete actions, and moving forward with unwavering resolve and steady progress.
In 2021, let us sound the rallying call for united effort and vigorous progress, propelling the company’s development to a new leap forward, achieving new heights in business performance, solidifying our legacy of glory, and setting sail once more!
