This is the “Most Beautiful Craftsman,” a dedicated coatings professional with six years of experience who embodies the spirit of “loving whatever job you do.” Despite his modest stature, this down-to-earth individual possesses remarkable energy and has, in just a few short years, contributed to the workshop coating work on major steel-structure projects such as the Zambia Airport and Jinan East Railway Station. Meticulous attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of excellence are the hallmarks of his work, driving him to continually push beyond his own limits. He has been recognized with numerous honors, including first place in the Zhejiang regional qualifiers (Hangzhou division) of the 2016 China Skills Competition—“CSCEC Steel Structure Cup” National Vocational Skills Contest for Coatings Workers in the Architectural Steel-Structure Industry; the title of “Vocational Operations Expert” at the 7th Development Zone Awards in 2017; and the “Leading Figure in Vocational Technology” award at the 6th Xiaoshan District Awards in 2017.

In 2019, he set sail once more, driven by the unwavering dream of staying true to his original aspiration, and thus earned the title of “Most Beautiful Craftsman.” This is a quintessential manifestation of professional spirit—embodying professional ethics, competence, and character.
