Empowering Growth, Advancing Professional Expertise | Dadi Steel Structure Holds a Special Training Session on Title Application
To ensure the effective implementation of the 2024 professional title application process and to jointly enhance the company’s talent quality and employees’ career development, the Human Resources and Administration Department organized a training session on “Detailed Explanation of Professional Title Evaluation Policies and Related Practical Procedures” on the afternoon of March 11. A total of more than 40 participants from various departments attended the session both online and offline.
This training session featured a keynote address by Ms. Wang Jing, an expert in the evaluation of mid- and senior-level professional titles in Zhejiang Province. She provided a comprehensive briefing on relevant policies governing title applications, evaluation criteria, application requirements, procedural steps, and key considerations, while also analyzing real-world cases and underscoring the importance of the title evaluation process.
Subsequently, during the Q&A session, the expert instructors provided patient, one-on-one guidance on specific issues such as techniques for completing performance dossiers and uploading supporting documentation, thereby deepening participants’ understanding of the title evaluation process and its finer details.
Through proactive planning, early deployment, and timely implementation, this professional title application training session has strengthened guidance and oversight, actively encouraged eligible employees to submit applications, continuously boosted the work enthusiasm of the professional and technical talent pool, and fostered synergy between corporate development and employee growth.
