Successful First Steel Erection for the Hainan Qingshui Bay B10-1 Land Parcel Project

At 3:58 p.m. on October 17, 2023, the first steel structure hoisting for the Hainan Qingshui Bay Plot B10-1 project was successfully completed, marking the official commencement of the main steel structure construction phase.

The project is located on Qingshui Bay Avenue in Yingzhou Town, Lingshui County, Hainan Province, with a total construction area of approximately 120,000 square meters. The scope of work includes the underground and above-ground steel structural works for Buildings 1 and 5, as well as the construction of Building 1—the conference hall—which comprises three above-ground floors and has a building height of 23.9 meters. Building 5, the main hotel tower, is a high-rise ocean-view structure with 22 above-ground floors and a building height of 89.65 meters.

Qingshui Bay is located along the eastern coastline of Lingshui County, just south of 18°N latitude, enjoying a pleasant climate and boasting world-class coastal resources. The Qingshui Bay project capitalizes on the unique tropical coastal landscape to develop a high-end, eco-friendly, integrated coastal resort destination centered on leisure and vacationing, sightseeing, business, sports, and residential living. Upon completion, the project will serve as a key growth pole for the eastward expansion of Sanya’s tourism cluster.
