Dadi Steel Structure Wins Bid for the Office and Commercial New Construction Project on Plot 20-01 of Shanghai Jinding
Recently, Zhejiang Dadi Steel Structure Co., Ltd. won the bid for the steel structure works of the Shanghai Jinding 20-01 plot office and commercial new construction project, with a contract value of approximately RMB 151 million. The company has previously undertaken projects on Jinding plots 15-01, 14-01, and 16-01, making this the fourth major project the company has secured in the Jinding area of Shanghai’s Jinqiao Industrial Park.
The project is located in Jinqiao Town, Pudong New Area, bounded by Shenqi Road to the east, Jufeng Road to the south, Shentao Road to the west, and Zhiqiao Road to the north. It covers a land area of approximately 25,000 square meters and has a total floor area of 168,000 square meters, including 89,019 square meters above ground and 79,420 square meters underground.
On the south side, along Jufeng Road, stand two office towers with 19 and 18 floors, respectively. On the north side is a commercial podium that connects to the towers; its four underground levels are linked to the basements of Plots 16, 17, and 19 of the Shanghai Jinding development, forming an ultra-large-scale mixed-use complex integrating commercial and office functions.
In the future, Shanghai Jinding’s four core parcels—16, 17, 19, and 20—will encompass a large-scale, integrated, one-stop shopping and leisure commercial center; ultra-5A-grade Class-A headquarters office buildings; a five-star luxury hotel; a multi-functional performing arts and cultural center; and Asia’s deepest professional-grade diving experience center. By seamlessly integrating a comprehensive array of foundational business formats with distinctive, attraction-driving specialty offerings, this development will dramatically elevate Shanghai Jinding’s iconic “Nine-Palace” gateway space.
This successful bid represents another significant achievement for the company in its strategic focus on key regions and its enhanced approach to managing priority projects.
