Welcoming the Asian Games, Boosting Production | The First Steel Structure Erection for the Dongfulong Life Sciences Industrialization Base Project Successfully Completed
At 8:18 a.m. on February 14, 2023, the first steel structure hoisting for the Life Sciences Industrialization Base Project of Zhejiang Dongfulong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was successfully completed, officially marking the commencement of the project’s steel structure construction.
This project is located in the Pharmaceutical Harbor Town of the Qiantang New Area in Hangzhou, bounded by Chengrui Road to the north and Xingfu North Road to the west. The total floor area is 178,633.74 square meters and comprises two CDMO production buildings, two auxiliary workshop buildings, a research and office building, a basement, and associated supporting facilities. The above-ground factory buildings share a similar structural configuration, all adopting a steel frame system, and the project schedule is relatively tight.
The project is planned to require an investment of RMB 1.3 billion and aims to establish an integrated industrial ecosystem for CGT pharmaceutical equipment, instruments, and consumables, thereby fostering product ecosystem advantages and achieving domestic substitution in this field. Upon completion, the project will further enhance the Qiantang biopharmaceutical industry ecosystem.
The successful completion of the first steel structure lifting operation marks the entry of the steel construction phase into a new stage. As this year is designated as the Hangzhou Asian Games Year, the project team will mobilize high-quality resources, refine construction organization, ensure seamless coordination among work processes and work fronts, and make all-out efforts to advance construction in line with the “Welcome the Asian Games, Boost Production” initiative. By delivering high-quality performance and fulfilling contractual obligations, we will contribute to the development of Qiantang!
