To address the challenge that, when using welding equipment to fabricate steel-reinforced truss floor decking, the assembly of demountable floor decking cannot be completed, a technological R&D effort was undertaken. By developing a novel platform that controls the reciprocating movement of sliding supports, the two bottom chords of the steel-reinforced truss can be spread apart or brought together, allowing the bottom chords to engage with the corresponding slots in the wooden base panels. This enables rapid assembly of demountable wooden floor decking, significantly enhancing construction efficiency and convenience.
