Gross floor area: 9,348.9 square meters
Project Overview: The steel frame beam–column joints in this project employ high-strength bolted connections combined with welding, placing stringent requirements on component detailing and fabrication accuracy. The assembly rate is 51.69%, with various prefabrication techniques applied to the main structural system, enclosure walls and interior partitions, as well as finishing works and building services piping and wiring, thereby embodying the principles of green building and industrialized construction.
