General Contracting Project for the New Construction of Qingdao Junfeng Road Middle School (Joint Venture Wins Bid)

Gross floor area: 68,701 square meters
Project Overview: Junfeng Road Middle School is a key project in Qingdao’s Licang District, designed to accommodate 30 classrooms. The five-story teaching building features a prefabricated steel frame structure, while the auditorium is a two-story prefabricated steel frame structure; the covered sports field is constructed with a steel structure. The structural system comprises a steel frame, central bracing, reinforced concrete truss deck slabs, and precast concrete (PC) stairs. The deck slabs are installed using a fully prefabricated construction method, resulting in a high overall assembly rate for the project.
