To improve the efficient communication between the company and employees, to solve practical problems in work and life, and to help the youth to achieve and learn more in the workplace, Dadi convened the Youth Symposium on May 4th. More than 70 employees attended the symposium, including senior leaders and young employees.

General Manager, Fang Shunsheng, praised the contribution made by the young employee, and brought out six expectations for them: 1. Setting ambitious goals and aspirations; 2. Learn well, keep going,, and apply what you learn; 3. Dare to take responsibility, and be exemplary; 4.Be disciplined and obey the laws; 5. Keep learning, and making progress; 6. To have own hobbies.

“Ten Excellent Youths” were praised in the symposium, and the young employee was encouraged to carry out the spirit of cohesion and striving. Wang Aiyuan from Technology Center, and Xia Jiajun from Engineering Management Department, as excellent young employees, shared their experiences in Dadi.

During the discussion session, 64 employees were invited. They raised more than 110 questions from the perspective of the business development of Dadi and personal career development, combining their working experience in Dadi. After sorting the questions, 16 common questions were summarized, and leaders answered the questions.

At the end of the symposium, President Pei Chuanfei made a concluding speech. He called on everyone to carry out the spirit of this special day, young employees should not only work hard in the workplace but also work hard for the country. He also gave the young employees four suggestions: 1. Taking the initiative to adapt themselves to the environment; 2. To have a clear career plan and goal; 3. Consistently striving for a goal in mind; 4. Continually enhancing professional, learning, communicative, and social skills. What’s more, he hoped that the young can take responsibility, share resources with each other, and be creative in future work.

Young employees are the new energy of Dadi, they are also the hope for Dadi to develop greater. Dadi has built a platform for young employees to learn and develop. Dadi hopes that the young generation can make use of youth well and strive for the future.
