(Summary description)In order to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, promote the development of economic quality and efficiency, and speed up the upgrading of product, engineering and service quality, on the occasion of the 45th national quality month, Dadi Steel carried out the "Steel Structure Welder Qualification Examination".This examination was jointly organized by our technical center, manufacturing department, and personnel administration department. We specially invited welding experts from China Engineering Construction Welding Association and Shanghai Construction Steel Structure Welder Examination Committee to come and guide.The test is divided into two parts: theory and practical operation. Before the test, the welding experts check the personal information of the welders and the special operation certificate one by one to ensure that the witnesses and certificates are integrated. The theoretical knowledge of welding covers a number of sections, and the participants responded actively with their training knowledge and rich welding experience accumulated over the years.The practical operation is the most test of the welding technology of the welder. The strength and aesthetics of the weld can directly reflect the technical level of the welding. This practical test successfully completed the vertical welding of Q355B test plate and the vertical welding of Q390GJ test plate. The test takers use the welding torch to demonstrate their superb skills in operation, and use the flickering arc and flying welding flowers to create the welding quality.The masters who participated in this welder test performed stably in the practical operation, and the appearance and shape of the welds were beautiful.The purpose of this exam is to improve the professional skills and quality awareness of workshop employees, to mobilize and give play to the enthusiasm and creativity of the majority of technicians to study welding technology, and to lay a solid foundation for the comprehensive implementation of "Quality Month" activities .
