At 8:30 a.m. on February 25, witnessed by the owner, the project management company, the supervision unit, the general contractor and the leaders of the company, the first steel column in the basement of the science and Technology Park of Shanghai University of science and technology and the Yangtze River Delta integrated collaborative innovation platform project of "Zhangjiang online" began to be hoisted, which marked the official start of the steel structure construction of the project.

The project is located in Sunqiao science and innovation center, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with a total construction area of 82790.9 square meters. It is an important part of the construction of "golden central development belt". The project consists of three office buildings with a maximum of 20 floors and a two-story underground garage. Its main function is scientific research office and office auxiliary rooms. The building height is 99.9 meters. After completion, it will fully strengthen the advantages of science and innovation strategy sources of Zhangjiang Science City and empower Zhangjiang to develop "Digital economy".

The construction land of the project is narrow, especially in the construction stage of underground structure. After the foundation pit is excavated, the available site around is limited. The transfer site of components needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation of the site. Moreover, the section and steel consumption of steel column in the basement are large, and the on-site tower crane can not meet the requirements of component hoisting. Combined with the structural form of basement floor slab and through detailed calculation, the project department finally transfers the movable crane to the hoisting area and paves steel plates on the truck crane.
