     On May 7th, Dadi launched the first training, using a combination of online and offline training mode. Luo Mingwen, the deputy general manager of the company, was invited to share the theme of "Basic Knowledge of General Contracting Management ".

 



      Lecturer Luo Mingwen combined his practical experience in construction general contracting project management and the summary of learning during the epidemic to refine some basic concepts and basic knowledge in general contracting project management, using mind maps, picture display, case interspersed and other flexible and diverse teaching methods. Make employees more familiar with the general contracting model and understand the basic knowledge of general contracting management.
