(Summary description)Launching for the stated goal, we choose to continue fighting on a new journey. With the company leaders, technical specialists and the representatives of the excellent staff attending the activity, and hosted by Fang Shunsheng the Deputy General Manager, the 2020 annual meeting of Dadi Steel Structure CO., Ltd. was held on February 1st in the meeting room, in which the work report “ Improve Comprehensively, Develop Perennially ” by Pei Chuanfei the General Manager and the 2020 status report of working completion along with the 2021 working plan by individuals responsible for each department were given.



Looking back on the year 2020, which was extremely unusual, all of our members, under the strategic guidelines of the group company and the leadership of the board, have united as one and borne the pressure to ensure a healthy and steady development, and to achieve the annual objectives of the company. DADI has also won the excellent award for surpassing the annual target.

 

Stand Still and Explore More, Base on Tradition and Aim for Innovation

COVID-19 clouded the road ahead continually throughout the year, while Dadi Steelers were firmly marching forward, fulfilling the promises, offering services and expanding the market to consolidate the foundation for sustainable development. Many projects have been successfully completed such as Nanjing Garden Exhibition Park, Jiangsu; Wuyuanhe Stadium, Haikou City; Longdongbao Airport, Guiyang City; Zhaoxiang Park Phase I, Caohejing Development Zone, Shanghai, etc.














Since last year, our group company’s strategic plan for the integration-based development and for the Longyuan eco-system’s expansion has been implemented. And we have also participated in the construction of the prefabricated industrial zone, Xuancheng City, Anhui, to give a hand to the group for its exploration of the steel structure prefabrication. We are playing a positive role in the collaboration with the group on business to make good use of the Longyuan eco-system’s advantages.

Pei Chuanfei: Improve Comprehensively, Develop Perennially

Recalling the completion of the 2020 goals and highlights, Pei Chuanfei the General Manager indicates all the essential tasks in 2021, and proposes to implement in accordance with the following 5 principles:



1.Market first

As members of a traditional industry, we shall consider the market as priority. We shall focus on effectiveness while putting the customers first.

2.Strengthen the Bond among the Employees

Teamwork shall be taken into account from the management level. As for individuals, there’s nothing more important than loyalty, skills, responsibility, performance and teamwork. A reliable team needs to be assembled for purpose-aimed work based on instant response and high efficiency. A hard-working environment needs to be created for a strong fusion of interval communication to tighten the connection among the departments and meanwhile to enhance the collaboration with and between Mingzhu, Xin’an.

3. Provide better Service

The quality of service shall be enhanced, for the relationships with customers must be maintained by changing the service attitude towards them. And we shall change the situation, step by step, of being asked for service into initiatively providing it.

4.Take the Risk under Control

Have under control the risks of contracts and construction and reduce the risks of running a business.

5.Improve Efficiency

To learn new skills, only by strengthening our mental, physical health and professional quality, can we make a progress during our daily work

 

Share the Mutual Encouragement and Recognize Excellence

The achievements are closely related to all of us, who have shown the respect to the craftsmanship and team spirits of the love for the job, the striving for perfection, and the contribution to the cooperation and unity, to make something incredible. Lucky Draw and Happiness Shared

As so many employees were working at the frontier of the construction sites, many large-scale events were suspended due to the pandemic, while the lucky draw, by our tradition, that all the members of our company can take part in, has no reason to be cancelled. The ballots were picked out randomly by some of the outstanding representatives and the results were shown in the WeChat group of the company members, in the meantime to spread the surprise to those who couldn’t be present in the meeting.
