1. Shanghai Jinqiao National Training Center Plot Project

Project Description：The "Shanghai Golden Ring" portal project is located in the core area of Jinqiao city sub-center, with a total construction area of 140,843.54 square meters. The steel structure of this project is the largest civil building in the domestic upside-down system design, and it is planned to adopt the "reverse method" for construction.

project progress：It will enter the site in early December 2021, and it is planned to complete the tower structure construction on January 18, 2023. On January 19 this year, the hoisting of steel columns in the basement of the core tube of Tower A has been started, and the steel structure work has been fully started.

2. Start the Yinzhou Butterfly Lake Garden Project

project progress：It will enter the site on December 23, 2021, and it is planned to be completed on August 30, 2022. Currently in the pre-embedded stage of anchor bolts, construction will start in mid-February after the year.

4. Zhangjiang Headquarters Headquarters and Listed Company Headquarters Area (B4-02) Project

winning time：December 09, 2021

Project Description：The project is located in Huandong Community, Zhangjiang, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with a construction area of 56,459.42 square meters. It will build a 9-12-story R&D office building, a 2-story underground garage and other supporting facilities. The project focuses on high-growth and large-scale technology companies, creating a characteristic park that is the source of scientific and technological innovation, new industrial highlands, new regional nodes, and new models of parks.
