一、Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the department to set up the project department, be responsible for handling the daily affairs of the project department, and make the project department operate normally;
2. Responsible for the full implementation of the project contract and the completion of various task indicators;
3. On behalf of the enterprise, implement the whole process management of the engineering project, improve the organization and coordination, and solve the problems in the project management;
4. Responsible for the management of the project department personnel and the installation site, and optimize the configuration and dynamic management of the production elements entering the site;
5. Responsible for organizing on-site civilized construction management, discovering and handling emergencies;
6. Responsible for the implementation of the visa form of the project department, and the progress payment reminder and recovery;
7. Responsible for communication, communication and coordination with owners and contractors;
8. At the end of the project, do a good job in post management and organize completion acceptance;
9. Responsible for project completion settlement and collection of funds;

二、Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, with first-class construction engineer qualification, safety assessment class B certificate, more than 3 years of practical work experience as project manager; good health
2. Master the relevant knowledge of the steel structure industry and project operation management knowledge, be familiar with the relevant national and local policies and regulations, and understand the project technical management status in the industry.
3. Good communication and coordination skills, good organizational planning skills, good emergency handling skills, and skilled use of computers. Dedicated and dedicated, with a high sense of responsibility.
