Project overview：Zhanjiang Cultural Center is a major cultural project during Zhanjiang City's 14th Five-Year Plan period and the core cultural carrier of Happy Bay. The three pavilions of the entire cultural center resemble an undulating dragon's spine. Their exterior facades consist of triangular aluminum panels in varying shades and gradient glass. The curved shapes, following the dynamic momentum of the building's volume changes, form a smooth, vivid and highly rhythmic urban landmark image.
