(Summary description)Our company has successfully secured the contract for the steel structure and enclosure works of Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.’s section fabrication capacity upgrade and intelligent transformation project. As a key part of the EPC general contracting project (awarded at RMB212 million), the works align with China State Shipbuilding Corporation’s digital transformation strategy.The project involves expanding two curved-section workshops (total GFA: 22,680m2) with 240m×45m spans each. Core scopes include steel structure installation, enclosure system construction (roof/wall cladding, waterproofing, and finishing), plus supporting anti-corrosion and safety protection. It will integrate 319 sets of smart equipment, including robotic welding lines and laser cutters, to build intelligent production lines for ship sections.Scheduled for completion in 480 calendar days, the project will boost Beihai Shipbuilding’s annual capacity to 17 vessels (650,000 CGT), enhancing its global competitiveness in large bulk carriers. Our team will adhere to national construction standards, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery through full-process management, laying a solid foundation for China’s high-end shipbuilding industry.
