Recently, Building A of the Commercial and Office Project at Plot 15-01, Jinding Tiandi, constructed with the participation of Dadi Steel Structure, has been honored with the 2024 Shanghai Magnolia Quality Construction Project Award.

The Shanghai Construction Project "Magnolia" Award represents the highest honor for engineering quality in Shanghai's construction industry. This award not only signifies high recognition of the project's quality but also showcases Dadi Steel Structure's comprehensive strength.

The project includes four steel structure buildings with a total steel consumption of 18,000 tons. Among them, Buildings A, B, and C are high-rise office structures, while Building D is a multi-functional complex integrating a theater and sports facilities.

To address the construction challenges posed by the full-length arrangement of steel beams in traditional steel-reinforced concrete beam transfer structures, the project innovatively adopted a simplified design with pre-embedded short steel sections within beams to transfer loads from the upper steel columns. Expert reviews confirmed that this innovative achievement—the "short steel beam-column transfer joint"—has reached an internationally advanced level.
