On November 8, Dadi Steel Structure held its 2025 Project Management Exchange Conference, attended by Chairman Pei Chuanfei, General Manager Fang Shunsheng, senior executives, and over 60 managers and key staff. The meeting was hosted by Vice General Manager Luo Mingwen.

Sharing Experience, Improving Management

The conference focused on project performance and management practices. Project managers shared lessons from key stages of implementation, while departments such as engineering, design, cost control, and manufacturing presented reports on technology, safety, design, and cost management.

The event reflected Dadi’s management concept of “Project Performance First, Cost Control as the Core.” It also promoted integrated design and construction and steel–curtain wall integration, aiming to improve management, service quality, and project execution.

Chairman’s Remarks

Chairman Pei called for continuing the exchange model and emphasized persistence in improvement. He reviewed last year’s four key principles:

50. Treat the construction site as the market and focus on sincere service.
50. Link responsibility, targets, and performance evaluation.

Pei outlined the company’s next steps:

50. Expand the “Steel Structure + N” business model into curtain walls and general contracting.
50. Use a dual-drive model combining direct operations and partnerships.
50. Maintain steady growth while solving problems and building long-term strength.

He also encouraged a performance-based talent system and lifelong learning to adapt to industry changes.

General Manager Fang gave four key directions:

50. Keep learning to strengthen professional capability.
50. Improve coordination across departments for better execution.

50. Advance digital management to enhance project efficiency.
50. Increase service value and explore new business opportunities.

He noted that the conference inspired useful ideas and called for continued discussion to raise management standards.
