Dadi Steel Structure hosted a welding and grinding skill contest on September 29th.

The contest featuring two core events—welding and grinding. It comprehensively assessed contestants’ welding process control, grinding skill levels, adherence to operational standards, and work efficiency. Mr. Liu from BV, the third-party supervision company for the Morocco project, was specially invited to attend and serve as a judge.

Intense Practical Competition: Craftsmanship Shines Bright

At the contest site, contestants put on their unified work clothes, put on protective masks, grabbed their welding torches, and dived headfirst into the competition.

Over at the grinding competition area, contestants mastered the perfect angle and strength, carrying out precise grinding in line with technical standards. Their goal? To hit spot-on dimensions and get an ultra-smooth surface.

The arc light from welding torches and flying sparks mixed together, forging neat, smooth welds and ground surfaces on the metal. This wasn’t just a show of skills—it was a promise to product quality!

After a fierce showdown, the judging panel finally selected 2 first-place winners, 3 second-place winners, and 4 third-place winners, and honored them for their achievements.

The success of this skill contest give employees a stage to show off their skills, exchange ideas, and learn from each other. Moving forward, Dadi Steel Structure will roll out more diverse initiatives to strengthen skill training for talents. It will use top-tier skills to secure the bottom line of product safety and rely on craftsmanship quality to fuel the company’s high-quality development!
