On September 29th, Dadi Steel Structure convened the Q3 Marketing System Work Conference to conduct a systematic review of the quarter’s key achievements and map out future development. The meeting was attended by leadership team, relevant functional departments, and business segments.

Chairman Pei Chuanfei outlined key priorities for the upcoming phase combining with market: Recognize the market reality and ground strategies in current conditions. Focus on core strengths and pursue differentiated competition. Build consensus and push for a strong finish. All employees must proactively enhance their expertise and skills, and leverage the critical Q4 to ensure the effective implementation of all initiatives.

General Manager Fang Shunsheng put forward specific requirements for marketing efforts: Base decisions on project realities and the fierce nature of market competition; focus on project payment terms and fulfillment requirements; and build on professional capabilities to boost market competitiveness. Highlight the company’s strengths. Meet client’s requirements to deliver more high-quality, efficient services.

Deputy General Manager Xu Xiangjun noted that focus on high-quality projects with favorable payment terms, such as overseas projects, foreign-invested projects, nuclear power projects, and new energy projects. Establish an integrated business platform covering steel structures and curtain walls to strengthen internal collaboration and execution capabilities. 

Heads of relevant functional departments also contributed insights. The meeting fully leveraged cross-departmental coordination mechanisms, laying a solid foundation for efficient work advancement moving forward.
