Xuancheng Base Enhances Safety with Targeted Operator Training

The dual-track approach combined classroom instruction with on-site guidance by experienced team leaders.A total of 145 employees participated, with 136 earning Crane Operation Certificates, achieving a pass rate of 93.8%. The program ensures “Licensed Operation, Professional Performance,” reinforcing strict job-entry requirements.The initiative has boosted employee safety and operational standards. Next, the base will provide retraining for those who did not pass and establish an annual refresher system to further safeguard production and workforce safety.
