To implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s directives on workplace safety, Dadi Steel Structure launched a series of activities themed “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response — Identify Hidden Risks Around You.” The initiative aims to enhance risk awareness and improve safety management through comprehensive mobilization and diverse actions.

Mobilization and Awareness

On June 4, the company held a launch ceremony at its Xuancheng base. Senior management outlined safety requirements from strategic, operational, and detail-management perspectives. Project teams followed with planning meetings and on-site safety displays to foster a strong safety culture.

Training and Education

On June 5, safety training sessions were held to strengthen awareness, knowledge, and skills.

On June 24, a hybrid session highlighted lessons from industry accidents.

Internal trainers conducted specialized safety lectures on standardization, daily duties, and vehicle operation.

On June 25, the company partnered with Xuancheng Orthopedic Hospital to deliver first-aid training.

Emergency Drills

Targeted emergency response drills were carried out across bases and projects. Activities tested the full response process—from alerts to evacuation and resolution—enhancing onsite coordination and readiness.

Risk Control and Inspection

The company conducted comprehensive self-inspections and established task teams led by management to supervise factory and site safety. Issues were rectified immediately to ensure dynamic risk elimination.
