(Summary description)To enhance employees' emergency response capabilities and strengthen workplace safety, Dadi Steel partnered with Xuancheng Orthopedic Hospital to conduct a comprehensive first aid training session on June 25.The training combined theoretical instruction with hands-on simulations and was led by Dr. Ying Hulin, Director of the Hand and Microsurgery Department. The session covered key life-saving techniques including wound care, CPR, AED use, and choking rescue. Each topic was explained clearly through lectures, case studies, and videos. Dr. Ying also gave detailed step-by-step demonstrations of CPR and the Heimlich maneuver.A practical session allowed participants to apply what they learned using training mannequins. Employees practiced chest compressions—focusing on depth, speed, and recoil—and experienced Heimlich maneuver techniques under real-time guidance from medical staff. Questions raised during the practice were addressed on the spot, helping participants refine their skills.Safety is everyone's responsibility. This training not only improved employees’ emergency response abilities but also turned the company’s commitment to safety into practical, usable skills.
