On June 4, Dadi Steel Structure officially launched its 2025 “Workplace Safety Month” at the Xuancheng base, under the theme: “Everyone speaks safety, everyone knows emergency response—identify safety risks around you.” Company Chairman Pei Chuanfei, General Manager Fang Shunsheng, Deputy General Managers Luo Mingwen and Wang Chunfeng, department heads, base managers, and frontline workers attended the ceremony.

Pei Chuanfei: Safety is the lifeline of the company
Chairman Pei emphasized the core principle that “life comes first—safety is the lifeline of the enterprise.” He called for strengthening frontline responsibility and incorporating systematic safety management into daily operations. He outlined three key points:

1. Raise political awareness – As a state-owned mixed-ownership enterprise under Hangzhou Jiaotou Group, the company must uphold safety with responsibility and action.

2. Build a safety culture – Move from “I understand safety” to “I want and can ensure safety” by improving accountability, risk control, training, and emergency preparedness.

3. Start from everyday tasks – Everyone should act as a safety role model.

Fang Shunsheng: Focus on key safety tasks and long-term mechanisms
General Manager Fang stressed that “safety is everyone’s responsibility,” likening steel beams supporting buildings to safety systems protecting families. He called for strict, detailed, and practical management.
He proposed three actions:

1. Recognize the risks – Learn from industry incidents and strengthen awareness.

2. Focus on key tasks – Ensure zero tolerance in hazard checks, effective training, and real accountability.

3. Establish long-term mechanisms – Use tools like the safety standard handbook, safety points system, and “snap & report” activities to foster a culture of full participation and oversight.

Wang Chunfeng: All-round management of production safety
Xuancheng base production lead Wang Chunfeng outlined key actions in personnel qualification, equipment safety, area layout, electrical and fire safety, and emergency preparedness.

He emphasized: Strict control over qualifications and training, especially for special operations;

• Full-cycle safety management for equipment;
• Standardized layout and safe power use;
• Enhanced fire prevention;
• Regular emergency drills with robust response systems.

Safety is a long-term commitment and the foundation of stable operations. Over the next month, Dadi Steel Structure will carry out themed activities across all bases, reinforcing awareness, responsibility, and emergency capabilities—laying a solid foundation for high-quality development.
