Experts Gao Yi from Bangsheng Law Firm and Wang Yue from Dongton Consulting were invited to lead the session.
Part 1: Building Foundations, Preventing Risks
The training focused on enterprise compliance management, addressing key areas such as the construction of compliance management systems in state-owned enterprises, risk control in critical sectors, and practical policy implementations.
Instructor Gao Yi engaged participants through Q&A, using real-world examples from domestic and international companies to explain the new landscape of compliance management. She covered key topics such as risk control in five key areas and the development and operation of management systems, emphasizing anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and anti-monopoly practices. Gao provided valuable insights into prevention, control, and response strategies across these three stages.
Instructor Wang Yue, using relevant short videos, discussed policy interpretation, audit preparation, key audit areas, and audit rectification. She highlighted the concept of "leverage behind balance," advising that the greatest risk to companies comes from decision-making and stressing the importance of actively collecting external information and promptly integrating it into management actions.
