On November 22, the steel structure of Phase 1 for Plot 013-02 of the Shanghai Changhai Road Office Tower project was successfully topped out.

Project Overview:
Located in Yangpu District, Shanghai, the project covers a total area of 61,521.7 m², with 47,070.7 m² above ground and 14,451 m² underground. It features three 11-story high-rise office towers connected by an 8th-floor sky bridge at a height of 32 meters. The structure uses a concrete-filled steel tube frame-core design, with a total height of 52.75 meters and a steel usage of 6,100 tons.

As part of the Yangpu Digital Economy Headquarters Community and the city's "Central Ring Digital Innovation Belt," the project blends technology and culture to support urban renewal in the historic Jiangwan area.

Challenges & Achievements:
Key challenges included limited space, tight schedules, heavy components (up to 17.8 tons), and complex high-altitude welding, compounded by Shanghai's prolonged heatwaves. Despite these hurdles, the team achieved the milestone through precise planning and efficient execution.

The successful topping-out marks significant progress, setting a strong foundation for timely project completion and future operations.
