Located in Longshan County, Hunan Province, with a total steel consumption of 13,000 tons, total construction area of 118,000 square meters, including main gym,  basketball gym and swimming pool, of which the main gym and basketball gym adopt the steel pipe truss structure and the swimming adopt pool grid structure. The project was awarded the China Gold Steel Structure Prize.
