(Summary description)At 11:18 on October 12th, the first lifting ceremony of the heavy steel structure project of Jiangsu Zhengyuan Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. 1# workshop was held. Under the joint witness of the owner, the supervisor and the company leaders, the joint efforts of all the project team members The first steel column was slowly lifted and placed smoothly and accurately, which means that the project officially entered the construction stage of the main steel structure. The Zhengyuan 1# workshop project is located in the southwest section of the intersection of Runxin Road and Ruijiang Road, Xinqiao Town, Jingjiang City, Jiangsu Province. The workshop is 184.08m long, 90.88m wide and 31.5m high. It is a three-span heavy-duty steel structure workshop on the ground floor with the largest span. 36 meters, the design maximum lifting weight of the workshop is 200 tons. The construction difficulties of this project lie in the heavy weight of the single component, the transportation and on-site assembly of the ultra-long and ultra-wide components, and the orderly installation of the large-span roof beams and double-layer traveling beams. In view of the construction difficulties, the project department conducts careful planning according to different working conditions, and communicates closely with the factory to ensure the effective coordination of design, processing, transportation and on-site installation. This project is another construction general contracting project of the company. The piling started on July 11, and the main nodes in the civil construction process were successfully completed. Today, the first hoisting of the steel structure was ushered in as scheduled.
