Zhongshan Street International Ecological Business District 7-3 office building project is located in Songjiang District, Shanghai, with a construction area of 56075.1 square meters and a total area of 9162.1 square meters. The single building includes a tower and a podium. Among them, the tower has three underground floors and twenty-two above-ground floors, with a structural height of 93.4m; the podium has three underground floors and three above-ground floors, with a structural height of 13.9m.
