The chairman of the owner Jinqiao Group, the general contractor, the supervision unit and the leaders of Dadi Steel Structure attended the first lifting ceremony to witness this joyous moment. The successful completion of the first hoisting marks the official entry of the project into the construction phase of the main structure. It laid a solid foundation for the future steel structure installation and construction, and also took a crucial step for the advancement of the overall progress of the project. The Jindingtiandi Training Center project is located in Caolu Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with Shenlun Road in the east, Hanqiao Road in the south, Shenqi Road in the west, and Keqiao Road in the north. The total construction area is about 181,663.69 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is 96,626.89 square meters and the underground construction area is 85,036.80 square meters. The main construction content consists of four single buildings, the northwest building is a high-rise office building, the southwest building is a multi-storey office building, the southeast building is a high-rise office building, and the northeast building is a multi-storey sports field/theater building. As a key project of the "Golden Central Development Belt", the project will create a new education demonstration base.
