In January 2021, Zhejiang Steel Structure Industry Association announced the list of the selection results of the 2020 "China Steel Structure Gold Award" ("Zhejiang Steel Structure Diamond Award"). During the jury review and other stages, two major projects, "Jinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center Project Steel Structure Project" and "Gree Electric (Nanjing) Central Air Conditioning Project Construction Steel Structure Engineering Section III", undertaken by our company, won the title.

       It is reported that the "China Steel Structure Gold Award" recommendation award ("Zhejiang Steel Structure Diamond Award") is the highest award for steel structure engineering in Zhejiang Province. It is selected by the Zhejiang Steel Structure Industry Association. The cycle is every two years. Over 150 items. The selection of "King Kong Award" is carried out simultaneously with the recommendation of "China Steel Structure Gold Award".

Jinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center Steel Structure Project:

       The project is located in Meiling Street, Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, which is one of the starting points of the "Maritime Silk Road" in ancient Quanzhou. The part is divided into five areas: Area A Exhibition Hall, Area B Exhibition Hall, Area C - Central Ecological Corridor, Area D - North Hall and Area E - Conference Center and South Hall.

       The roof adopts a large-span steel truss structure with a maximum span of 66 meters, and the weight of a single façade truss is about 101 tons. The roof steel structure of the central ecological corridor is a single shape, and a single "streamer" is 306 meters long. This project is the first PPP project won by Longyuan Construction Group, and it is also the first exhibition PPP project to be implemented in the country. As a professional construction unit of steel structure, our company has overcome the difficulties of complex construction of intersecting line node members, high requirements for thick plate welding and welding seam, and successfully passed the review. At present, the convention and exhibition center has successfully held many auto exhibitions and food exhibitions, and will be used as a demonstration project of the Ministry of Finance and a classic case of construction in Fujian Province.

Gree Electric (Nanjing) Central Air Conditioning Project Phase III Construction Steel Structure Project:

       The project is located in Jiangning District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, with a total area of about 1,800 mu. It has the characteristics of high precision of steel components and high requirements for perforation rate of steel components. The total construction area is 116301 square meters, which is divided into three monomers: injection molding workshop, sheet metal spraying workshop and material center. The building height of the injection molding workshop is 22.573m, with a total construction area of 53208.09m2 and 2 floors above ground; the building height of the sheet metal spraying workshop is 23.805m, with a total construction area of 44279.38m2 and 2 floors above ground; the building height of the material center is 23.605m, with a total construction area of 18794m2 and above ground. 1 story.

       The total construction volume of the steel structure is about 15,000 tons. The thickness of the welding plate for strong connection welds such as low-alloy high-strength structural steel is up to 32mm, and the minimum temperature for on-site welding is -3°C. After the project is completed, it will become Gree Electric's largest central air-conditioning intelligent manufacturing base in China.
