(Summary description)In order to cultivate more high-quality, technical and skilled talents and promote the construction of the company's skilled talent team, on December 18, Dadi Steel Structure held a special training activity on welding technology. Zhang Haiyan, senior engineer of our design institute, was specially invited to give a lecture, and more than 70 workshop welding workers participated in the training activity. As a high-tech strategic plan proposed by the German government, Industry 4.0 aims to improve the intelligence level of the manufacturing industry and build smart factories with adaptability, high resource efficiency and ergonomics. Based on the background of Industry 4.0, the speaker took the production of steel structure box components as an example to explain the connection and difference between intelligent manufacturing and traditional automation. Through the demonstration samples of China Construction Steel Structure Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop, trainers can perceive the wide application and significant advantages of welding in intelligent manufacturing. Intelligent manufacturing can not only continuously improve the process, optimize the operation mode, and greatly improve the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing, but also accelerate the intelligent digital transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, and comprehensively improve the development quality and core competitiveness. This training focuses on intelligent manufacturing in the context of Industry 4.0, and focuses on the application of welding in intelligent manufacturing. It not only updates the concept of intelligent manufacturing from a theoretical level, but also promotes the integration of technicians into the era of intelligent manufacturing. The application expands the ideas and methods.
