• Jindingtiandi Training Center Project

   The project is located in Caolu Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with a total construction area of 181,663 square meters, including 96,627 square meters above ground and 85,036 square meters underground, including four single buildings and air corridors. The steel structure of the project uses more than 16,000 tons. The project is a complex integrating education, research, office, leisure and entertainment, and will be committed to creating a high-quality international attractive urban area, creating a more suitable and livable production, living environment.

• Xianyu Base Project (Plot C09-04, Sanjiang Street)

  This project is located near the Sanjiang three-dimensional city in Yongjia County, Wenzhou City. It is an urban comprehensive exhibition hall project. The single span of the steel structure is 40 meters. The project is another construction general contracting project that our company has won the bid publicly.

  As the first Xianyu industrial belt base in our province, it is a project jointly promoted by Alibaba and the Zhejiang provincial government to promote the digital transformation of manufacturing in Zhejiang. It is a new benchmark for the transformation of important digital innovation achievements, the cultivation of innovative e-commerce enterprise clusters, and the upgrading of urban consumption patterns. After completion, the annual business output value will reach more than 500 million yuan, and the average daily passenger flow will exceed 3,000 person-times.

• Zhejiang Lepu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. newly built 302 comprehensive warehouse civil engineering project

  This project is located in Yantou Industrial Zone, Jiaojiang District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. The project consists of four floors. The construction content includes pipe pile foundation, reinforced concrete cap foundation, main steel structure, composite floor, concrete roof, and wall concrete slab sprayed with real stone paint . The successful cooperation of the project has laid a good foundation for the better cooperation of Zhejiang Lepu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. As our company's first construction general contracting project in the pharmaceutical field, it provides new impetus for the company to expand into more fields.
