The project is located in Zhaoxiang Town, Qingpu District, Shanghai. East to Jiasong Middle Road, west to Jiadi Road, south to Yinggang East Road, and north to Jiajie Road. The steel structure of the project uses about 16,000 tons of steel, the longest east-west direction is about 194.6m, and the north-south width is about 178m. The construction area is about 159,773.98 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is 103,642.43 square meters, and the underground construction area is 56,131.55 square meters. The above-ground part of the building structure type is a steel structure system, which is a natural prefabricated building; the underground building structure type is a reinforced concrete frame structure system.

The successful completion of the first hoisting has laid a solid foundation for the installation of the steel structure in the next stage, and has taken an important step in the overall progress of the project.
