At 9:18 am on August 16, the first steel column of the E16-01 plot in the Comprehensive Industrial Zone of Shanghai Lingang New Area was successfully hoisted, marking the official start of steel structure construction.

Located in the core area of the ZH-02 unit of Lingang, adjacent to Dishui Lake and the newly built Nanhui branch line station, the project enjoys convenient transportation and a beautiful environment. It aims to become a leading demonstration area for technological innovation in Shanghai and a green, smart benchmark in the Lingang New Area.

The E16-01 plot covers a total construction area of 67,670.53 square meters, with 52,405.55 square meters above ground and 18,264.98 square meters underground. The tallest building reaches 43.6 meters. The project includes research and development buildings and factories, using a steel frame structure with rigid steel columns in the basement, primarily serving research and office functions.
