On August 7 at 8:58 am, the main structure of the Shanghai Jinding 20-01 project was successfully topped out.

Located in the Jinqiao Development Zone of Pudong New Area, the project has a total construction area of 165,000 square meters, with 88,000 square meters above ground and 77,000 square meters underground. The southern section features two office towers of 18-19 floors, with heights of 84.1 meters and 88.6 meters, respectively, utilizing a steel frame and reinforced concrete core structure. The northern section consists of a four-story commercial podium, connected to adjacent underground basements, forming a massive commercial and office complex upon completion.

Dadi's project team ensured high quality and efficiency through meticulous planning and execution, overcoming challenges such as tight deadlines and complex welding work.

In the next phase, the team will continue to push forward, aiming for early completion and operation, contributing to the development of Shanghai Jinding.
