On May 25, 2024, Dadi Steel Structure held a project observation and management exchange event in Shanghai, celebrating the company's 30th anniversary. Chairman, GM, and DGMs along with over 50 project managers, participated.

The event comprised site observation and meeting exchanges. In the morning, participants observed the project in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The project team introduced the engineering features and management experiences, followed by on-site exchanges.

The afternoon meeting, hosted by DGM, involved functional departments and project managers sharing experiences on technical management, quality management, and other topics. Chairman proposed four project management requirements, and GM reviewed last year's innovations and management improvements, setting new management requirements.

This event showcased the company's advancements in technology, safety, and quality, enhancing project management and execution capabilities, and promoting overall management improvement.
