Shanghai Golden Bridge Yuan Center Phase II Project

On May 1st, the steel structure engineering (underground part) was successfully hoisted. Located in the core of Shanghai's Pudong New Area, the total construction area is 324,464 square meters with a maximum plate thickness of 100 mm. It mainly includes a 291.79-meter office and commercial tower with a podium, and Shanghai's tallest skyscraper with a commercial podium at 200 meters.

The project will be an integrated super high-rise complex with research and development offices, specialty commerce and high-end residences.

Shanghai Huguo Temple Expansion Project Phase II

The steel structure project was also successfully hoisted on May 18. Located in the historic and cultural heritage protection area of West Gate, Jiading District, it mainly consists of eight single-story to two-story steel-framed buildings. The components have similar but not identical heights, requiring high-level overall management of production, stacking and transportation. After completion, the project will promote the construction of Jiading West Gate historical and cultural street project, creating a "Cultural and Educational Highland, Jiading Flavor Ancient Street".

The successful first hoisting of steel structures for both projects has laid a solid foundation for subsequent construction. All of the Project's divisions will continue to work together to ensure the safety, quality and progress of the projects.
