In the midst of August, during the height of summer, Dadi Steel Structure orchestrated a dynamic team-building event for its new employees. The primary objectives were to bolster team cohesion, enhance execution capabilities, and foster improved communication amongst the team members.

The event commenced with engaging icebreaking activities designed to help the new employees become better acquainted with one another.

PART ONE - Icebreaking | Team Up

During this initial phase, participants were divided into teams and tasked with crafting team names, logos, slogans, and unique postures.

Team “You Are All Right” and Team “The Emperor’s Relatives”

Everyone was “fired up” in the group expansion activity.

They showed their unique skills in the team competition.

PART TWO - A Five-minutes Challenge
