On July 20th, at 9:18 a.m., the topping out ceremony of Zhangjiang Zaixian Eco-economic Park (comprising B3a-01, B3b-01, and the underground space of Weiliu Road) was successfully held at the construction site. The ceremony was attended by key personnel from the general contractor, construction control unit, project management team, and company leaders.

Located on the north side of the central unit of Sunqiao Innovation Center, Zhangjiang, Pudong New District, the project spans a land area of 18,274.3 square meters, with a total construction area of 102,800 square meters. It includes an A1 18-story office building, standing tall at 82.65 meters, and an A2 12-story office building, reaching a height of 55.65 meters. Once completed, the project will play a crucial role in the "Golden Loop Developing Zone" within Pudong New District. Moreover, it will enhance the scientific innovation advantages of Zhangjiang Science City and drive the development of Zhangjiang in the digital economy domain.

Notably, the project's unique design incorporates numerous cantilever beams, some spanning up to 3 meters, posing a significant construction challenge. To address this complexity and improve construction efficiency, the construction team ingeniously utilized a temporary hanging chain hoist to expedite the installation of the cantilever beams. Ensuring top-notch construction quality was paramount, and to achieve this, the team meticulously planned and organized a welding examination before commencing work, guaranteeing the highest welding standards.

This venture marks Dadi's third project in the Zhangjiang area, and since its inception, the team has prioritized safety and delivered exceptional service to the clients. Building A1 and A2 commenced construction simultaneously, with Building A2 reaching its topping-out milestone on June 20th, 2023, and Building A1 achieving the same feat on July 20th, 2023.
