On July 17, Dadi Steel Structure held a momentous signing ceremony for the 2023 graduate student training and the pairing of mentors and apprentices, aimed at facilitating the smooth transition of graduate students into the professional workforce. The event was attended by Chairman Pei Chuanfei, General Manager Fang Shunsheng, Deputy General Managers Xu Xiangjun, and Luo Mingwen, as well as other senior middle and senior executives.

A new journey with expectations

Chairman Pei Chuanfei warmly welcomed all the new employees and emphasized the significance of the new generation in the long-term success of the company.

He stressed the crucial role of mentors in guiding the apprentices, not just in technical skills but also in instilling ethical principles and interpersonal values. He encouraged mentors to maintain high standards and genuine care for their apprentices, assuming the role of dedicated teachers.

Addressing the apprentices directly, Chairman Pei highlighted the importance of being a good man before everything. Speech of 2022 graduates, words for 2023 graduates

General Manager Fang Shunsheng provided an overview of Dadi's remarkable thirty-year history, enlightening the newcomers about the company's mission, vision, values, and direction for future development.

Deputy General Manager Xu Xiangjun elaborated on the company's five business scopes and regional marketing plans, emphasizing Dadi's commitment to nurturing talents who strive for excellence and acknowledging the contributions of those who excel. He hoped mentors could propagate the doctrine, impart professional knowledge, and resolve doubts; apprentices could learn sincerely and dare to take trial and error.

Deputy General Manager Luo Mingwen shared his learning journey during his career and introduced Dadi's talent development system, which facilitates employee growth. He encouraged the new employees to learn from positive examples and set clear career goals.

He hoped new employees could keep learning, have their own habits, and make their thoughts practical.

Hu Yaohan from Technology Center, Lin Yiguo from Manufacture Dept., and Zheng Yuheng from Institute shared their working achievement and experience as 2022 apprentices.
