(Summary description)At 10:28 a.m. on June 10th, 2023, the first steel structure hoisting was completed for Shanghai Jinqiao Meiya Project, indicating the start of the construction of the main steel structure.The project is located in the central area of the Jinqiao sub-core zone, near Zhonghuan in Pudong district. The total construction area is 191,764 square meters, the steel structure consumption is about 14,000 tons, and the project is an important part of the Golden Loop Developing Zone. The complex of buildings features a 170-meter-high garden-style office building, a podium building, and two residential buildings that soar 100 meters high. The overall design blends seamlessly to create a composite super high-rise complex that combines R&D offices, unique commercial spaces, high-end residences, and other functions.The construction team took the steel structure hoisting as the beginning of the project.
