Recently, a five-days professional skill training for welders was held to improve the welding skills of welders and ensure safe fabrication.

The training had two parts: theory training and hands-on training, which introduced the laws and regulations of safe fabrication, welding and cutting basics, the choosing of protective gears and so on.

Through Theory, Learn the Basics

The lecturer gave in-depth explanations of welding techniques and problems often occurring in welding. As an experienced welder, the lecturer made trainees understand the welding process principle, and through the emergency drilling exercises, trainees could handle emergencies well. Each trainee participated sufficiently in training and raised questions as they could not understand. Moreover, they used their spare time to practice what they’ve learned in the activity.

Through Hands-on, Improve Skills

In the hands-on part, the lecturer taught trainees step by step by demonstrating the welding technique, and he also gave suggestions on each trainee’s welding skills. The trainees who participated in the training were involved in the training greatly. They asked questions about what they did not understand, learned from each other, shared with each other, and discussed what they’d learned.

The five-day training made participants benefit a lot. Through theory and hands-on, not only their welding skill got improved, but also Dadi has more talents in this aspect. Dadi will conduct more professional trainings to improve employees’ professional skills in the future.
