At 9:58 a.m. on May 6th, 2023, the first steel structure hoisting was completed for the Shanghai Lingang Complex Area unit ZH-02 block E09-05, which marks the official start of the construction of the main steel structure.

Shanghai Jingang (Jinqiao Lingang Complex Area) is in the core area of the new block of Lingang, Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone. The planning area of the project is 42 square kilometers, 6.78 square kilometers were first constructed. During the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25) period, more than 6.5 million square meters were constructed, approximately 60 billion yuan of construction cost. This area aims to build a modern coastal city with intelligent technology, and integration of production and residence.

The project is Lingang Complex Area unit ZH-02 block E09-05, located in Xincheng Town, Nanhui, Pudong New District, Shanghai. The total construction area of block E09-05 is 110,164.73㎡, the ground area is 82,938.73㎡, and the underground is 27,226㎡, consisting of 5 R&D buildings and one R&D plant. Aiming to create a space for the development of the new generation of information technology, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and other technology industries, to further develop the demonstration and leading role of the new generation IT industry in Lingang Complex. Meanwhile, Lingang Complex is an intelligent ecological park integrating R&D, design, creation, production, and testing.
