Recently, CCMSA (China Construction Metal Structure Association) released the second batch award list of the Gold Award of China’s Construction Engineering Steel Structure. The project of Jinding Tiandi undertook by Dadi is awarded the second batch award of the Gold Award of China’s Construction Engineering Steel Structure.

The project of Jinding Tiandi is located in Caolu Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. It is the first project of Jinding plate, the golden central development belt, and also the first large-scale project with the top of Jinqiao landmark Jiugongge. The total construction area of the project is 181,700㎡. There are four single buildings A, B, C and D, which are connected by connective steel corridors. The largest span of building is 33.3m, and the height is 79.9m.

The achievement of the Design of Convert Node of Structure Steel Column Beam - Non-downwardly Inserted Type was joint researched and developed by Zhejiang DADI Steel Structure Co., Ltd.,ECADI, Shanghai Jinqiao Group Co., Ltd.,Shanghai Construction No.1 (Group) Co., Ltd., and Tongji University. This achievement not only reached the world standard, but also applied in this project.

As one of the strengthens in this project, 27 convert nodes were used during the construction. With the optimization, the construction difficulties and quantities have been greatly reduced and the construction cost has been saved. What’s more, during the construction, the design of Strong Joint Weak Pole, which can greatly reduce the consumption of steel, optimize the connection of steel, and reach the purpose of convenient construction, has been greatly used.

The project won the Grand Prize of 2022 "CCMSA Cup" Applied BIM Contest, applied 4 patents for utility model, 2 patents for invention, 1 construction method, and published 2 scientific and technological papers.
